Seven Flags Real Estate Investments
Nairobi real estate firm serving international property investors.
Agent, RAG knowledge base, booking tools and the ingestion pipeline in one workflow. The problemSeven Flags sells Nairobi property to international investors, many of them abroad. Investors message on WhatsApp at all hours from different time zones, often with the same questions: available properties, prices, the buying process, how a foreigner invests, and payment plans. The team answered everything by hand, so replies were slow, especially overnight, staff time went on repetitive questions instead of serious buyers, booking a consultation, site visit or investor tour took a lot of back and forth, and leads were not captured consistently.
What I builtA WhatsApp AI agent that answers investor questions instantly, at any hour, using only the firm's own documents through retrieval augmented generation. It books consultations, site visits and investor tours directly in the chat and records every lead in the database. An ingestion pipeline pulls the firm's documents from Google Drive into the knowledge base.

How it helpsEvery investor gets an immediate answer in any time zone, so leads no longer go cold from slow replies. The team's time goes to serious buyers. Bookings happen in the conversation while the investor is interested, and every enquiry is captured for follow up.

Kómē
Premium hair brand.
Designed and built Kómē's website in Next.js to feel like the brand itself: premium, fast and fully responsive, presenting the brand and its products the way customers experience them. The site has two agents built in: a chat agent on n8n, self hosted on my own server, and a voice agent built with Vapi. Both answer customer questions, take orders and let customers track them, so people can shop by typing or by speaking, at any hour.

Roots Beauty World
Barber and salon supplies shop in Nairobi.
Product search, order creation and order tracking against Postgres, with the WhatsApp channel alongside. The problemRoots sells barber and salon supplies, and most customers order over WhatsApp. Every order was a manual back and forth: customers asked about stock and prices, staff checked and replied, then typed the order up by hand. Replies were slow when the shop was busy, typed orders led to mistakes in items, quantities and prices, customers kept messaging to ask about their orders, and there was no clean record of orders beyond chat history.
What I builtA WhatsApp ordering agent that searches the live product catalogue, quotes real prices from the database, takes the order item by item, saves it to Postgres, and lets customers track their order with an order code, all in the same chat.

Prices always come from the database, never from the AI, so customers are never quoted a wrong price.
How it helpsCustomers get instant answers on stock and prices at any time, so fewer sales are lost to slow replies. Orders go straight into the database accurately, with no retyping. Customers track their own orders, which cuts follow up messages, and staff spend their time packing and delivering instead of typing up chats.

AI Assistant for Property Hosts
Short stay and vacation rental hosts.
Guest agent, host escalation and the relay agent that returns the host's reply. The problemHosts get the same guest questions over and over, at every hour: check in times, directions, wifi, house rules, amenities. Answering them all by hand means hosts are always on call.
What I builtAn AI assistant that answers guests' repetitive questions instantly, at any hour, on the host's WhatsApp business number. When a guest needs something the assistant cannot handle, it escalates to the host, takes the host's reply and relays it back to the guest in the same conversation.
Key decisionsTwo coordinated agents, one for guests and one for relaying host replies, with persistent memory and stateful routing between them, so each conversation stays in context and the host only steps in when needed.
How it helpsGuests get answers immediately, day or night, and hosts save hours every week by no longer answering the same questions. They only step in when a guest genuinely needs them.

Built Ervin's website to present his work, his books and his speaking in one place, with an integrated chat agent that knows his books, quotes and background. Visitors can ask about his ideas and get answers grounded in what he actually wrote, not the AI's general knowledge. Behind it is a retrieval system over his own writing: his books and quotes are stored in a vector database, and the agent searches them before answering.

Zion Health Services
NDIS disability support provider across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
Built Zion's website to help people living with disability, and their families, understand the support available and get started easily. The site lays out each service clearly and includes a multi step referral and intake flow, so participants, families and support coordinators can submit a referral online instead of over the phone. It is also built for search, so people looking for NDIS support in those states can find Zion.
